Shipping Policy

Our products have various turn around and production times. Please refer to the specific turnaround times listed for each individual product in the product descriptions. Due to ongoing labor and supply chain shortages, there may be slight delays beyond our control. 

 

Products also have different shipping timeframes depending on size, weight, and location. Please contact us for specific timeframes if needed. Our products are typically shipped via UPS or USPS. 

Return Policy

Print Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, no return will be available unless it is a stock product without any customization. If you have a problem with the order upon receipt, please contact us within 5 business days and we will replace your order if damaged. 

 

Quality of logos printed are subject to the quality of file provided by the customer. For all prints, PDF versions of your logo will always print at the best quality and are recommended for the best outcome. 

Digital Products and Services: Our digital products and services are 100% custom to you and are therefore non-refundable. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will work with you until we get your digital designs how you like them. We cannot guarantee specific results from any of our digital products or services as variables beyond our control are frequently changing. Please refer to our digital products agreement for more specific information.
